Booking Policy

• A 50% deposit is required within 72 hours of an enquiry to confirm a reservation.
• A breakage deposit of R 1,200.00 is required on confirmation.
• The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation from 30 days inclusive to 15 days inclusive forfeit 25% of booking value.
• Cancellation from 14 days inclusive to 7 days inclusive forfeit 50% of booking value.
• Cancellation from 6 days inclusive to day of arrival forfeit 100% of booking value.
• All refunds are minus bank charges and/or commission

House Rules

Strictly NO SMOKING in the property. Guests who do so will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
